Donnie Stevens has more than seven years of engineering and surveying experience in the Athens County area. A graduate of Ohio University's civil engineering program, he has gained experience in waterline distribution systems, roadway design, land development design, subdivision layouts, bridge design, site grading, retaining wall design, surveying, and floodplain analysis. Mr. Stevens’ surveying experience includes boundary surveys, topographical surveys, construction staking, and FEMA flood certifications.
