"The Chocolate Spike" is owned and operated by Genie Ranck since December 2003. With a background in both art and chemistry, she has always delighted in exciting and unusual creations. Her journey into the world of chocolate started over 8 years ago when she began selling homemade foods at the Farmer's Market in Downtown Blacksburg.
