Visit anytime and make yourself right at home. THE ROASTER Our German Probat coffee roaster hums along in our 100 year old house in Avon, CT. Each batch of coffee is thoroughly inspected and then carefully roasted to perfection. All our coffee is roasted differently to ensure that the most desirable characteristic of each bean is accentuated.
