Leaders in Bay Area executive search since 1998, Jamie Tilotta Green and Matt Strand founded The Cole Group in 2004. Jamie co-founded The Cole Group after establishing herself at some of the area’s top search firms. She was a Founder and Director of ForwardHire, a staffing consulting and strategy firm, and a Director at boutique search firm Otec in San Francisco. She also ran worldwide staffing for Notiva, a software company acquired by Oracle in 2005. Jamie received her degree from the University of Puget Sound and lives in San Francisco. She is a member of the Olympic Club women’s soccer team and an active member of the Bay Area entrepreneurial community. Matt co-founded The Cole Group after several years of search leadership. He was the youngest ever Director at Otec, which incubated and spun out HotJobs.com. As a leader of the West Coast practice, he managed a search team focused on early stage consumer internet and digital media clients. Matt received his degrees from UC Davis and lives in San Francisco. A Bay Area native, Matt is a Preserve Partner of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District and an avid cyclist, camper and golfer.
