History and Background Eric Hare, owner of The Craftsmen, started professionally renovating houses in 1992. Within one year, he was trusted with managing both renovation projects and new construction. In 1995, Mr. Hare purchased his first property which he renovated and sold within four months. Since that time, he has managed 21 renovations, 10 new houses, and 9 lot splits. Our Mission Qualifications Eric Hare, owner of The Craftsmen, started professionally renovating homes in 1992. Mr. Hare studied Interior Design at Southern College and Seminole Community College in Central Florida.
