When considering how to personalize your purchase, you have two decisions to make: what information will be displayed and what font will be used. We have tried to make this as simple as possible – and, please understand, that we have used our extensive experience in glass etching over the last 60 years to arrive at the recommended options for each item.

Our FEDEX shipping charges include a packing fee for labor and materials. Here at The Crystal Shoppe, we recognize that the Shipping and Handling costs are high, but the rate is based on the weight of the items purchased and the zip code of the delivery destination. This is calculated directly from the FedEx published rates, with a small surcharge for the cost of the shipping box and packing materials - we do not treat shipping as a profit center, and merely pass-on the charge to our customers.
