My mission is to help insure the health of Californians and provide truly exceptional personal service. Because health insurance constantly changes and represents an evolving need, I take a very proactive servicing approach. I make sure that my clients are informed about their plans, available options to those plans, and impending changes in rates, benefit levels or plan designs. I believe that the value of a health insurance plan is not based on its price, but on the level of service you receive. My mission is to be the best at providing that service to you, your family and your business.Industry Designations: Currently enrolled RHU (Registered Health Underwriter) and REBC (Registered Employee Benefit Consultant). Also pursuing CSA (Certified Senior Advisor) certificationOriginally from western New York State, my family and I have resided in California since 1989 and in Gilroy since 1998. As a graduate of the University of South Florida, I earned a BA in Russian with concentrations in Economics and History. As a military veteran, I served on active duty in the United States Air Force from 1977-1986. As an intelligence analyst and linguist, I attended the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, CA from 1977-78 and 1982-83 where I studied Russian and Polish. I continue my service today as a member of the US Air Force Active Reserve.
