ABOUT US under ConstructionRandel Aleman Randel William Aleman owner and founder of The Encore Group, was born January 9, 1960 at Lake forest Hospital in Chicago Illinois.  In 1964, he relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada with his mother and two siblings. Randel attended Rex Bell Elementary, Cashman Junior High School and won a Nevada State wrestling championship before graduating from Clark High School in 1978.
