With over 30 years as a working Chef, Ernie is a man who knows his way around a kitchen! Now back from retirement to pursue his love of cooking, and Chef Ernie has opened the Flightline Cafe & Catering! Fine food, at affordable prices! "We provide you with the very best quality, and pride ourselves on courteous prompt service." He proudly lists among his many accomplishments, Chef at the Loring Officers Club - owner/operator/chef at his own Cafe, the Chicken Nest which was located in Caribou on Bennett Drive. Other fine establishments that Chef Ernie has showcased his culinary magic at, are Keddys in Presque Isle; and for many years was the Manager/Chef at the Colonial House of Pancakes in Bangor. Semi-retired for the past few years, Chef Ernie has been doing in home catering for numerous lucky souls on the coast of Maine.
