Arthur J. Randolph of Fairfield, Director at The Geenty Group represented both the buyer and the seller, Normot, LLC in the transaction. This premier property on New Haven's northern gateway, 100 Gando Drive is the largest facility in the city-developed Middletown Avenue Industrial Park, located directly on I-91 between Exit 8 and the North Haven town line.

The Geenty Group, Realtors is pleased to announce that MedOp Inc. has entered into a long term lease for 4,270 square feet at 20 Research Parkway in the Old Saybrook Business Park to be used as its corporate and general offices. The sole agent involved was Kevin C. Geenty, SIOR, Vice-President of The Geenty Group, Realtors in Branford. The landlord, Mill Meadow Development, LLC, was represented by Attorney A. Raymond Madorin, of Farmington, while MedOp was represented by Attorney Mychal Boyd, of Wiggin & Dana, in New Haven.
