Suzanne's enthusiasm and expertise have established her as a successful REALTOR for over 30 years. Her knowledge of the local community and Salt Lake's finest neighborhoods make her the perfect match for Buyers and Sellers.

Dorthy graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Finance. She became a REALTOR in 1994 and began working with Buyers and Sellers throughout the Salt Lake Valley. Dorthy has experience working in many different neighborhoods including Federal Heights, Sugarhouse and the Avenues. She has also helped Buyers and Sellers in Sandy, Park City and Holladay.

Richard Lockwood is the Principal Broker and founder of The Group. He has been engaged in the real estate profession in Salt Lake City since 1986. His experience includes working on the staff at the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS®, a successful sales career as a REALTOR®, and many years as a Principal Broker. He is recognized in the local community as a real estate broker who is dedicated to furthering the professionalism of the industry, and providing a high level of support for his agents and their clients. A native of Rapid City, South Dakota, Richard came to Utah in 1977 to attend the University of Utah. Following graduation from the U of U, he spent 5 years in management with Marriott Hotels in Albuquerque, New Mexico and New Orleans, Louisiana. He and his family returned to Utah in 1986, and he entered the real estate industry. Richard, and his wife Susan, have two married daughters who also make their homes in Salt Lake City. He is a dog lover, avid reader and enjoys spending time with his family. Richard is active in the community and is grateful for all the opportunities that life in Utah offers especially outdoor activities and recreation.

During her first year with Chapman-Richards Real Estate, she was acknowledged as Rookie of the Year and during the following 12 years was consistently a top producer achieving Masters Club, Honors Club and Presidents Club status in addition to being awarded trips to Mexico, Costa Rica and Hawaii for performance as a top producer. In 2010, the opportunity arose to live in Dover, Delaware. While there, Colleen was an agent at Patterson Swartz Real Estate and also took advantage of her education background. As a homebound teacher, she assisted children who were not allowed to attend school because of health or behavioral issues which became one of the most inspirational experiences of her life.
