Ductless heat pumps are all we do. . . and this means we are focused on this amazing technology, our customers and we do our homework! This way, you will get the best equipment for your home, and it will be installed using the highest quality aterials and techniques. This commitment ranslates into an exceptional experience for our customers.

With proper maintenance, a ductless heat pump should perform well for over 20 years. Many systems installed in the 1980's are still functioning well today (> 30 years).

Our business was founded in 2006 by Jeff and Jan Pratt, and our first work was in Monmouth, Oregon with a pilot program sponsored by the Bonneville Power Administration and Monmouth Power & Light. This pilot project helped provide important energy efficiency data to the regional utility programs. Since 2006, we have slowly grown to serve the Willamette Valley, the Oregon Coast, the Portland Metropolitan Area, Vancouver and SW Washington, and, in 2012, we opened in Tacoma, WA.

The installation materials and techniques used by The Heat Pump Store and its sub-contractors are warranted against defect or failure for the length of the manufacturer's warranty on the equipment. We will stand behind our work for as long as the manufacturer stands behind their equipment.
