As founder of Heitmeyer Consulting, Norm has extensive experience within the financial services industry. During his 15 year career at Bank One, he was responsible for both technology and operational groups within the enterprise. Since founding Heitmeyer Consulting in 1999, his focus has been to build the company and to always focus on providing exceptional services to clients while staying grounded to the principles of Integrity, Value, and Expertise. At the same time, he was focused on building a firm to be very "niche" focused within Financial Services, and has surrounded himself with a staff to allow that to happen. His relationships with clients have been built on trust and flexibility, while building his team to be flexible and nimble relative to the changing times in the Banking industry.

Nicole Burton is the Client Relations Manager for Heitmeyer Consulting. Nicole serves as a liaison to our clients to ensure that we are effectively maintaining our relationship and that we are providing the best services possible. It is her attention to detail and commitment to the success of the organization that keeps our organization running smoothly. To that end, Nicole is responsible for scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and obtaining required documentation. In addition, she manages our social media, plans company events, attends community networking events, job fairs, and trade shows, and leads company philanthropic activities. Furthermore, she plays an integral role in employee development initiatives for our team.

Deeply rooted in the Financial Services Industry, Heitmeyer's niche based approach has been very successful and has consistently met and exceeded the expectations of our clients in both the US and Canada.
