Hitmen Response: We apologize for any inconvenience. The program we offer and recommend is a combination of trapping and exclusion repairs to help keep the rodents out. Your property has a unique situation with several layers of insulation in the attic which makes the rodents more difficult to catch. We have done an inspection, set traps, and followed up one time at your request 5 weeks after we initially set the traps. Consistency is important. We have provided the information for the necessary repairs to help solve the problem and you have indicated that you will not have the repairs done. We certainly want to solve this problem but can only do so if the recommendations that we provide are followed as well as continually putting the effort out to trap these creatures. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to call and discuss them.
