There were no hard pressure sales tactics used by you or your associates. You reviewed the adjustor's report from the insurance company and found several areas which they had overlooked. You suggested that we request are-inspection. You were here when another inspector came to do the re-inspection, and, many of the items which the previous inspector had overlooked were added by the new inspector to the adjustor's report. Your company installed a new roof, replaced rain gutters and window screens, and installed a roof vent. We were well satisfied and will gladly recommend you to anyone needing roofing replacement.
