ABOUT AMERIFUND AMERIFUND is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association in Washington, D.C. and since 1979, the AMERIFUND staff has been arranging a wide variety of commercial real estate loans. Beginning in 1986, arranging single tenant commercial real estate financing became the focus. Beginning in 1994, AMERIFUND's business became more centered on single tenant government-leased buildings including State Government buildings that have early termination clauses ("Appropriations Clauses").
