The Jerde Partnership is a creative design and planning firm. We develop innovative solutions for projects all around the world. Projects include mixed-use commercial centers, entertainment retail, resorts and hotels, urban regeneration plans, strategic master plans, and landmark public attractions. We are always interested in creative designers or planners to provide the support necessary to execute the firm's distinct and compelling design solutions.

As director of landscape design for The Jerde Partnership and former director of design for EDAW, Jeri Oka brings over 25 years of experience on a wide variety of projects. Jeri's strong understanding of urban design, coupled with extensive experience in site planning and landscape design provide her with a special ability to integrate the aesthetic considerations, along with the pragmatic requirements of a project into innovative design solutions. Jeri earned a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from California Polytechnic University, Pomona.

Jacky Cheng began his career with The Jerde Partnership in June 2001. Having contributed his design efforts for years at the Los Angeles headquarters office, he has attained and cultivated a host of unique professional skills and practice to provide for the firm. Through comprehensive stages, types, and magnitudes of projects, he has experienced a diverse range of design, from Japan’s largest privately developed mixed-use project Roppongi Hills, to Hong Kong’s most significant urban redevelopment project Langham Place.

Alex Yong has 16 years of experience in architecture and project management for a variety of developments, with emphasis on mixed-use and commercial projects. As Jerde’s China general manager, Alex oversees efforts in mainland China based out of the firm's Shanghai office. His responsibilities include managing new business throughout the country, liaising between Jerde's design teams in Los Angeles and its China client and project teams, identifying strategic partners, and ensuring design integrity through a project's realization..

Quang Chuong joined the Jerde Partnership in 2000, bringing a wealth of experience in various roles within the design and architecture industry. Quang has worked on several of Jerde’s high-profile projects including Zlote Tarasy, Roppongi Hills, and City of Dreams. Quang is currently working on various large-scale urban mixed-use projects within China and greater Asia. Prior to joining Jerde, Quang worked for Phil Reyes Architects as a project designer, as well as overseeing construction documentation and management, and creating three-dimensional digital renderings for the firm’s projects.
