Our program is based on Scott Kiloby's book, "Natural Rest for Addiction." We focus on helping people settle into the peaceful, natural rest of the present moment. We offer unique tools for dissolving addictive thoughts whenever they arise and we provide simple, effective tools for relieving the anxiety and self-limiting beliefs that accompany addiction.
