My business partner and I met you at the Natural Expo 2004 Show in DC. We are the ones who specialize only in nut-free products - till we met you. We were so blown away by the high quality of your product and we loved your story that we both decided that we would find a way to sell your product. We have created a whole category to sell products that address other food allergies and other dietary concerns and would like to carry your gourmet crackers as our first product in that category. I can not say enough about your wonderful product. I was a bit hesitant to place an online order, but since the proprietor of the webstore (www.bariatriceating.com) had never steered me wrong in the past, I gave it a whirl and could not come here fast enough to let you know that truly your product ROCKS! I pray you keep producing these wonderful "life saving" goodies for years to come. Folks if you are on a low carb food plan for whatever reason, do not, I repeat, do not pass up these little wonders (that are big BTW). Each cracker is aproximately 3 or 4 inches in diameter.

We just purchased your outrageous cheese crackers at Zabars in New York City. When they say "you get what you pay for" They mean your product...We first had your product at a friends coctail party where we could not stop eating them. I just want everybody to understand that you have to try them to believe what a marvelous cracker you have....Thank you, thank you, thank you...

Our goal was to create a Gourmet product that would satisfy even the most discerning palate while meeting diverse nutritional requirements. What we ended up with was a product that was Wheat Free, Gluten Free, Trans Fat Free, Sugar Free, Rich in Calcium and Protein, Naturally Low in Calories and Carbs . We never wavered from our philosophy that The Kitchen Table Bakers ™ would use only the highest quality aged cheeses and seasonings.

I was so very excited to be introduced to your products. As a Diabetic it can be frustrating and tedious to "Count the Carbs", with your product, what carbs are there to count?? and 3 wafers are so very satisfying with their intense and delectable taste, I don't need to worry about the Math and don't feel 'left out' when it comes to having a healthy snack.
