Mr. Schreiner has thirty years of experience in architecture, the last twenty with The Knabb Partnership. He has been responsible for the design on all large-scale projects in the office and has extensive experience with feasibility studies and site development projects, including religious facilities, municipal, government, and office facilities. He has had extensive involvement with all building types and sizes, to include renovations, additions, master planning, and new building construction.

When Ron Knabb began his professional career in 1962 he dedicated himself to working with clients as partners in the design process. The Knabb Partnership (TKP) has furvently continued that tradition. By listening to needs, visualizing goals, and analyzing requirements, the firm has been able to imagine creative solutions that successfully achieve both budget restrictions and exceed the clinet's design expectations. Originally established in 1971 the general practice architectural firm formally evolved into The Knabb Partnership in 1990.

Thirty-six years of experience in architectural design and construction management services. Project manager for projects both domestic and overseas. Having extensive experience in a wide variety of project types, Mr. Messersmith is an accomplished practitioner in all aspects of professional service including renovations, additions, new construction, master planning and feasibility studies.He is the in-house authority on recreational facilities.

It is, in many ways, as important (or more so) than the design of structures that eventually evolve during the course of development for any portion of our built environment. There is Master Planning for individual, corporate or institutional growth that will guide the orderly development and expansion of private or publicly owned real estate, and the facilities situated thereon.

We provide a full range of Architectural and Site Planning services to create, renovate or alter the built environment. Some projects will require all of our services, while other projects may require limited or compressed version. All projects will receive The Knabb Partnership's attention to detail, creative design, quality in documentation and professionalism.
