MACNAK/Korte Group LLC has been selected by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles District, to design and build a 3-story, 240-person dormitory on Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada. The estimated 85,250 square foot facility will include 60 4-bedroom units, each with their own kitchen, laundry and living room space. Additionally, the project will include recreational grounds, landscaping, parking and utilities and will meet LEED Silver certification when complete. As part of the scope of work, two existing dormitories will be demolished upon the completion of the new facility.

MACNAK/Korte has been selected by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District, to design and build a 43,000 square foot facility at Beale Air Force Base. The joint-venture project is a single-story building that will house six task-specific areas, including a wood and metal shop. The exterior shell is comprised of insulated concrete with a stucco and masonry veneer under a steel roof structure. The MACNAK/Korte Joint-Venture specializes in Design-Build, construction management and construction services.
