Over the years the LPKF Stencil Laser systems have been upgraded to newer, more capable LPKF designed and manufactured laser systems. Because these systems use a zero stress, wide track air bearing system, there are systems still operating with over 40,000 hours with the original lead screw drives. Other LPKF products that support the production and use of today’s HDI stencils include the Stencil Laser system for both metal and polymer, ScanCheck Stencil AOI system and the ZelFlex Z4p Pneumatic 4-sided high-speed clamping frame.

There is an LPKF Stencil Laser for every situation. The systems uses the same LPKF-designed and manufactured laser system because, regardless of the speed or size of the system, the cut quality is maintained. These systems can cut sheets using the sheet clamping frame, or they can cut pre-framed sheets. Optional vacuum fixtures allow the processing of small mechanical parts. Two features unique to LPKF systems are the FastCut, which cuts smaller apertures with unmatched speed, and the LongLife laser sources that are virtually maintenance free, hence reducing your cost of ownership.
