Executive Design Staff Steven Brill - President and founder of The Lighting Design Group, established in 1989. Steve and LDG have been the design company and designer of choice for NBC’s coverage of the Summer and Winter Olympic Games since 1992. The team was also NBC’s top pick for Decision 2008: Election Night Coverage from Election Plaza, an outdoor venue that transformed Rockefeller Plaza into the 2008 election coverage central. Dennis Size - Vice President of Design for The Lighting Design Group. Dennis has close to 30 years of lighting design experience in the television industry and is celebrating over 10 years as a designer with LDG.

Systems Project Manager for the Lighting Design Group. Tony is a lighting specialist who has been in the professional lighting industry for over 22 years. Beginning as a touring stage technical director and stage manager he quickly moved on to theatrical and dance lighting design and production management. He has worked as a project manager and systems engineer for Production Resources Group (PRG); Barbizon and most recently Design and Production, Incorporated (D&P) in Lorton, VA before joining the Lighting Design Group, (LDG). Since joining LDG, Tony has managed several productions and systems projects including: Good Morning America: Katy Perry concert in Lakewood, CO; CNN Heroes at the American Museum of Natural History in NYC; Yahoo Studios in NYC; NBC-LA Studios and the World trade Center, Tower 4 press and conference rooms for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Tony is also a certified technician and programmer for Electronic Theatre Controls (ETC); Philips - Strand Lighting; Philips – Color Kinetics and Interactive technologies, Cue Server.

Since 1989, numerous celebrated television shows, theatrical productions, and corporations world-wide have turned to The Lighting Design Group for its outstanding lighting designs and exceptional lighting services. The firm specializes in broadcast studio design, Exterior and remote location design, the design and installation of permanent broadcast lighting systems and designs in architectural settings. The company’s credit list for broadcast studio lighting design ranges from the Late Show with David Letterman to news studios for NBC, ABC, CBS, and Fox and extends all the way to the NBC coverage of the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, China. In addition, the firm provides exceptional designs from exterior and remote locations. Design and production services have been provided for programs at Radio City Music Hall, the Capitol in Washington, DC, Central Park in New York City, Independence Hall in Philadelphia, as well as convention centers and arenas through the country. In 2004 the firm provided services for Democracy Plaza an outdoor venue that transformed the plaza at Rockefeller Center into the 2004 election coverage central.

Kevin Hardy - Kevin joined the LDG team in October of 2011. Kevin brings with him thirty years of lighting experience in all fields of entertainment. He has been a Lighting Director for CNN, Turner Classic Movies, ABC 2012 Democratic and Republican National Convention Coverage, Arise TV, Current TV, NBC News' 2012 & 2011 Education Nation Summits and NBC Sports' coverage of the 2012 and 2014 Olympics, Breakfast with the Arts, Private Sessions, CBC College Sports. Just to name a few. Kevin is equally as comfortable in a studio as he is on the road doing an Industrial , Theatre, Rock and Roll, and Dance.
