Brazilian born, Marco Raposo studied bow making at the university of New Hampshire, in the United States, and decided to establish his workshop in the high mountains of Brazil's Atlantic Forest, in the village of Domingos Martins - ES, home of the precious Pernambuco wood - Pau-Brasil. "Marco Raposo Bows", established in 1995, manufactures the finest quality bows for violin, viola, cello and bass, for professionals and advanced students. Their goal is to assure quality to our customers and protect the environment.

To provide top quality instruments, the best old world craftsmanship and the finest accessories and repairs to our customers. We will personally stand behind every instrument, accessory and repair.
