They live and work in spaces that are sustainable, yet close to city amenities."It was great to get to design our own home -- we were able to explore our creative ideas and create a place that really works for us. We love the tall windows and airy high ceilings.Around 1996, Don Wiviott began creating diverse live/work communities in Santa Fe, New Mexico and built his first LOFTS™ community on Cerrillos Road. In 1998 he was joined by his co-partner, Mitch Davenport, who supervises construction of THE LOFTS™ Communities. In 2000, THE LOFTS at MARQUEZ PLACE was developed; and in 2005 LOFT HOMES at ALDEA began construction.
