A veteran of the hotel industry, Kramme has more than 30 years of progressive experience in all operational aspects of the industry. His background includes the opening, re-opening and conversion of over a dozen hotels, leading more than 30 property and resort acquisitions as well as operating and repositioning full-service properties across the country. His hands-on experience as a General Manager combine strongly with his regional oversight and corporate executive positions to allow for a balanced approach to hospitality management with a focus on driving bottom line performance.
