Since 1989, we have had the privilege of serving the greater Seacoast of New Hampshire, and the Greater Newburyport Area of Massachusetts. Throughout the years, we have grown our business on making our organization a fun, stable and rewarding experience for our employees and it shows in the quality of the work we provide to our customers. On July 1st of 2009, we became the new owners of The Maids serving the Greater Manchester Area ~ this growth enables our office to cover over 60 communities regularly!.

Must be available to work from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Your schedule would generally be from no earlier than 8:00 a.m. to no later than 6:00 p.m. No nights. Position averages 35 hours per week. The Maids is the proud recipient of the Best of Boston 2012, 2009, 2008, 2007, 2003, 2002 and Best of Home 2008, service awards, awarded by Boston Magazine. We are looking for more good people to join our Bedford team. Initial training will require 3 days of commuting to our North Hampton office. We are looking to fill a Team Member position. Energetic, customer service oriented position. Paid training of our professional cleaning system is provided and you'll work as a member of a 3 to 4 person team. We provide company team cars and pay travel time to and from jobs. Team members get full time hours starting at $10.00 per hour ($9.00 per hour in Somersworth) with performance and talent based promotions. Promotion from within is the norm. Our full time workweek averages 35 hours so you can depend on a stable paycheck. Paid vacation, paid personal days, 6 paid holidays, health insurance (Company pays 1/2 of individual premium) a gym membership contribution and profit sharing.
