Most importantly was the quality of the oysters and the flavor of the sauces. As a Scottish Brit, I have had oysters all over the world and I must say these were the best. Suroundings and appearances mean nothing as I have eaten in the finest restaurants in HK and Europe.Albeit rustic it was a real treat, especially the service we received. Five Stars."
