The New Law Center provides legal services and counsel in connection with all types of real estate questions, issues and transactions. We provide representation to individuals in the purchase and sale of residential real estate. We also serve as counsel in commercial real estate transactions and in office, retail, biotech, and high-tech leases. We assist owners and purchasers of property regarding zoning and land use issues. Our real estate attorneys help resolve real estate disputes through negotiation and collaborative law.

In its Estate Planning practice, The New Law Center helps clients plan for the future and the security of your families. We provide guidance through the complicated array of issues in trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare proxies, estate administration and tax matters.

Prior to joining The New Law Center, LLC as of counsel, Paul was a founding partner of Faxon & Laredo, LLP. He has overseen the legal aspects of well over 350 real estate transactions, from the purchase of shopping centers and acquisition/development/sell-out of residential subdivisions, to negotiating multiple leases for office complexes.
