People come from all over for our desserts, you could say it was our specialty, but the food that is prepared daily in our store is so good that it's tough to make a comparison. We bake 99% from scratch, use no shortening or mixes, and only real butter, eggs, cream to bring you products that are as good as it gets. Our pastry team is dedicated to providing our clients with the freshest and best possible baked goods anywhere. We change our lineup daily so it doesn't get boring or monotonous. We also prepare ice cream & sorbet on premise and we hand pack it for retail sale.

A t The Pantry you will find premium quality meats. Our suppliers deliver meat fresh to us 6 days each week. Under our roof you will find Free Bird Chicken, Duroc Pork, Colorado Lamb & Certified Angus Beef as our featured brands. In fact, when you order a chicken salad sandwich in our deli, it is made with 100% Free Bird free range chicken. Likewise all of our prepared foods are made using the same high quality products. We take pride in what we offer our customers - so we only cook with the best.

T he Pantry is located at 1580 Post Road in Fairfield, CT in the central shopping district. Established in 2003 by a collaberation of chefs & food lovers the idea for a great place to shop and buy specialty foods, has blossomed into a bustling marketplace stocked with an array of products and services for today's savvy consumer. We offer fresh top quality butchered meats & seafood. Award winning desserts and pastries, restaurant quality prepared foods & catering services, a full deli and salad bar as well as groceries, produce & floral and gift baskets.

The Pantry was conceived many years ago by two friends, Thierry Le Meur & Andrew Rolleri as a place that a chef could come to buy ingredients to construct a recipe. There have been a number of great additions along the way, but our convictions have remained the same. No matter what you are looking for, whether it's sheet gelatin, siracha chili sauce or local organic micro greens, we are here to provide it. Our store offers a fast paced "open market" feel where loyal customers meet, have lunch, share news and pick up lunch or dinner.
