The process includes identifying client goals and creating a profile that includes the budget, location needs and other associated key factors. This profile then serves as a platform that supports researching, analyzing and presenting venues to our clients. We continue managing the process by delivering RFP's to venues, tracking proposals and following up with venues to confirm details and arrange site visits. The Pearson Group ensures that these details are carefully captured in the contracting process moving forward.
