Congratulations on the delivery of the Impact Awards - a great evening had by all! More than anything, the following things stood out for me and our team: the networking opportunities, the speed at which we able to deliver 32 awards, the quality of the food and takeaways, the opportunity for impromptu comedy, and most importantly, the ambiance and feeling we provided our partners from the moment they walked through the door until closing time. Now that the dust has settled and we are al back to our regular day jobs, I just want to personally thank you and your team for an outstanding meeting...so far, I have not heard one negative comment from the total organization about the conference. This is a testament to your unbelievable efficiency and focus on details that resulted in many of our employees claiming - the best meeting they have ever attended! Our National Sales Conference included approximately 1100 employees and content combined with education, motivation and recognition was the challenge the Pinnacle Group stepped up to for four years, ensuring that each event was unique. On a personal note, having worked closely with the Pinnacle team, I found them to be extremely creative even when challenged with budget restraints. Their professionalism and management style is world class, and they readily adapt to challenges and change.
