The Plastek Group , based in Erie, Pennsylvania, is a world class manufacturer of proprietary plastics and related products, supplying packaging to producers all over the world. Currently, we supply over 80% of the deodorant stick market - this requires the production of 3 million deodorant sticks per day, seven days a week. We use over 80 million pounds of raw plastic materials every year to meet our production demands.

All of our manufacturing facilities are ISO 9002 certified or currently working towards ISO certification. This insures a comprehensive quality assurance program throughout the entire manufacturing cycle. In order to success in the quality process of our customers products, every employee at Plastek follows controlled procedures, work instructions, visual standards and quality plans to produce plastic injection molded parts that will meet or exceed the expectations of the customer.

Plastek Oval Deodorant Sticks The Plastek line of oval-shape stick containers gives deodorant manufacturers a wide choice of styl/size combinations. These propel/repel sticks come in six styles (Mini-oval Push-up, Sample, True-2, Standard,, Bonus Ounce and Super Bonus Ounce). All styles are topfilled assemblies, but two styles can be bottom-filled as well. Unrivaled manufacturing capacity of these polypropylene canisters allows tremendous flexibility for your production and sales efforts. The appealling oval shape provides a generous label area.

The company has extensive experience in blow molding small medical and single-serve vials, bottles and containers used for a variety of health care, pharmaceutical products and different types of container for Cosmetics. Blow molding presses range from 15 to 85 tons.
