"You have not lived until you have done something for someone who can never repay you." ~John Bunyan Since the Providence House began, we've had one goal: ending the cycle of homelessness one family at a time. There are many ways you can help us reach this goal. No matter which way you decide to give, you'll be playing a tremendous part in the fight against homelessness. Mrs. Bessmore, a lady who fought for our freedom. Mrs. Corckran, a mother of two young girls, struggled to overcome her own drug abuse. Mr. and Mrs Nelson, a family of 6, fought to make ends meet because they lacked a highschool education. These are just a few of the people we have been able to help over the years. And we want to help more - help more children, give more families a comfortable place to stay during a difficult time, offer medical services to more children who are without. We can't do it without you, and we're asking you to get involved. There are so many ways for you to partner with us in our mission to end the cycle of homelessness in the Shreveport/Bossier area.
