Integrated Petroleum Services Sdn Bhd (IPS) was incorporated in June 1991 in the business of providing support services to the offshore oil and gas industry in Malaysia and the Asia Pacific Region. As an approved vendor, IPS is able to participate in the bidding and tendering process to provide support services to Petronas and/or its Production Sharing Contract (PSC) operators such as Petronas Carigali, Shell, Talisman, ExxonMobil, Murphy Oil, Newfield, PCPP, CPOC and Carigali Hess.

Yancey joined The REACH Group in 2011 and brings with him more than 25 years of experience in compliance, training and development, and safety from the US Military, Automotive, Construction, Finance and Petroleum Industries. He has years of experience with Safety and Environmental Management Systems and has conducted audits and assessments for several operators and drilling contractors. Yancey has worked on Drill Ships, Semi-submersibles, Semi-tenders, Jack-ups, and Land Rigs including experience with shipyards. Yancey has worked with Major Operators and Drilling Contractors in the Gulf of Mexico, Brazil, Trinidad and Tobago, West Africa, Asia Pacific and the Continental US. Yancey has successfully implemented WCSC for several clients around the world and he currently manages coaching teams in the Gulf of Mexico, Brazil, and US land-based operations. Yancey lives in Houston, Texas with his family of 6 and enjoys playing golf, cooking, and travel. He enjoys learning about foreign cultures and their languages. He is fluent in Portuguese and also speaks Spanish and French.

Cam has been helping teams improve performance for over 35 years in the Oil & Gas and Sport industries. For 20+ years, Cam has successfully implemented performance improvements as a consultant and senior executive with a major Canadian Steel Pipe distributor. He joined the REACH Group in November 2004 and was promoted to Partner in January 2007. Cam is responsible for the business development and delivery of REACH services in the Western Hemisphere. Prior to REACH, Cam spent 12 years coaching Canadian college football. A member of three National Champions, one as a player and two as a coach, Cam was recognized in 1980 as the Canadian University Coach of the Year. Cam holds two Undergraduate and two Masters degrees. Cam and his wife, Lynda, are blessed with two married sons and one granddaughter and they make their home in Cypress, Texas with their two yellow labs, Kokanee and Bailey.

Dean joined The REACH Group in 2003 bringing 17 years of Petroleum Industry experience. Dean has worked on land, shelf, and deepwater rigs; including extended reach drilling and completion operations. Dean has worked with majors and independents throughout North America. Since 2007, Dean has managed three important REACH functions: Global Trainer, Best Practice Coordinator and Senior Manager. Dean is also an integral; part of REACH's recruiting process. Dean's role is a key element of why REACH gets Real Results. Dean represents a dedicated talent in developing REACH personnel and ensuring best performance practices are captured, validated and shared within REACH. Dean attended Alaska Charter College - A.A.S. and holds numerous certifications in the petroleum industry. Dean's interests include family outings, woodworking, & underwater metal detecting. Dean and his wife, Lorri, are blessed with two married daughters, one grandson and live in Burleson, Texas along with their 4 fun loving dogs, Abby, Shelby, Macy, & Coco.
