Rancon Real Estate is an independent corporation founded in 1971. It serves as the brokerage wing of the Rancon Group, and has been a perennial leader in residential sales in Southwest Riverside County for more than 40 years.

Steven Van Houten Chief Financial Officer As Chief Financial Officer of the Rancon Group, Steven Van Houten oversees the financial and reporting disciplines for the Rancon Group divisions and more than 90 limited liability companies and partnerships. He is responsible for the financial management and relationships with existing financial resources including institutional lenders and private equity investors.

Mr. Van Houten has more than 20 years of experience in finance, accounting and real estate. He served as Director of Finance and Controller for Shea Homes, Southern California Division, where he was responsible for accounting, financial reporting, pro forma modeling, budgeting, forecasting, joint venture accounting, cash management, financing and investor relationships. Prior to working for Shea, Mr.

Founded in 1971, the Rancon Group has formed hundreds of public and private partnerships as limited liability companies (LLCs), joint ventures and limited partnerships (LPs) that have raised more than $800,000,000 in investor capital. In the past decade, the Rancon Group acquired, developed and sold more than 1,000 acres of residential and commercial properties creating an average annual rate of return for investors of 58.9%. Today, the Rancon Group controls more than 2,800 acres of residential and commercial properties worth an estimated $280,000,000.
