She has extensive experience with investor disputes and regulatory actions and the formation and strategic positioning of brokerage firms, Investment Advisory firms, Insurance companies, FMO/MO/IMOs and affiliate entities. An Arbitrator with FINRA, the American Arbitration Association and a former small claims court Judge in New York City, she has extensive experience in arbitrations, mediations and other forms of alternative dispute resolutions, broker-dealer and insurance company audits, and corporate advisory, governance, compliance and risk assessment.
