Doug is an AIA licensed architect with over 25 years experience in the fields of architecture and construction. As part of Doug's college studies, he was accepted into the prestigious Versailles Architecture Program, which contributed to his strong affinity for urban planning, fine European architecture, and craftsmanship. This experience continues to provide a foundation for much of his inspiration and extensive architectural vocabulary.

Senior Architectural Project Manager B.A., Warsaw Poland B.A., Columbia College, Chicago Architectural Studies Martin is a true design/build project manager involved in design, architectural drawings, specifications and construction management. His talents include transforming design drawings into a clear and comprehensive set of construction documents for bidding, permits and building. In the field, his primary role is to communicate and interpret design objectives to other project managers and trades, assuring continuity between owners' priorities and desires.

Reynolds Architecture is proud of it's long-standing reputation for designing and building distinctive homes throughout the North Shore, neighboring communities, Chicago, Wisconsin, and Michigan. Founded in 1995, by AIA licensed architect Doug Reynolds, it is one of the few true design-build firms in the Chicagoland area and has designed and built over 130 high-end custom and speculative homes.

Twice a year a Keep it New ™ project manager visits your home to evaluate major mechanical equipment, exterior elements, and interior finishes. We will discuss questions or concerns you may have about your home. Once our assessment is complete, we schedule and coordinate the relevant trades so they arrive prepared to complete work efficiently. Upon completion of services, we provide a detailed report.
