The Right Solutions is a nurse owned and operated company with over 17 years of experience in the nurse staffing industry. After years of experience in hospital management and hospital ownership, Diana Wright RN recognized an opportunity to assist hospitals to efficiently overcome staffing challenges. This vision gave life to one of the premiere staffing companies in the industry. She began the company by working per diem shifts and recruiting nurses herself.
Our owner, Diana Wright, RN, MBA, CNAA has almost 30 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse. This experience guides The Right Solutions’ policies and principles. We are advocates for our healthcare providers and understand the difficulties and rewards a career in healthcare can entail. Diana’s goals are embodied in the service that TRS offers; to provide rewarding opportunities for our hard working Healthcare Professionals that is equal in value to the service and sacrifice that they provide their patients.
The Right Solutions mission is to comfort and restore lives across the nation. Our Healthcare Professionals all over the country fulfill our mission on a daily basis by providing care for patients in need. We absolutely love hearing stories about our Providers receiving patient care awards, serving patients, or even saving a patient’s life. We realized we were not hearing enough of these stories and there were more untold stories that needed to be shared.
The market for temporary staff has grown and changed with the complexities of today’s healthcare environment.
