The Rubicon Group, Inc. was incorporated in 1990. We are a full service General Contractor, specializing in commercial and industrial construction. Typical projects range from schools, offices, and retail to warehouse/office combinations. Renovations and restaurants and shells/vanilla box/build-outs.. Typical dollar volume of projects range from $100K to $2 million with individual projects above and below this range. Agreements are mostly Lump Sum Amount contracts, hard bid and/or negotiated, but we also perform Cost Plus work and Design/Build Services. Our general working range is a 100 mile radius from Fayetteville, NC, however we have performed work throughout North Carolina.
