After working in the insurance industry for over 15 years David realized by establishing an independent agency he could be more receptive to his clients individual needs. David carries the family name in his business. Edward Rutledge, David’s great, great grandfather was a founding father of the United States and served on the Continental Congress that governed the United States during the American Revolution.
