He is likely the cheapest because he has been really slow lately and is concerned about cash flow. So, he gives it away in a moment of desperation. This happens all the time. You can find this printer, any day, with no more than half a dozen phone calls. Then, three days later, tell that same printer your art is going to be two days late but you still need the product when you asked for it so that everyone behind him in the process can stay on the original track.
