Welcome to The Shade Tree! We're so glad you found your way to The Shade Tree, a fine woodworking shop started in 1996. We're a two-person team, handmaking all of the work ourselves to ensure you have the highest quality products for your home. Our work really grew out of a love for figured woods and a great appreciation for creativity and fine craftsmanship. We call ourselves The Shade Tree in honor of the great maple and cherry trees we begin with and that, through their magnificent figured patterns, bring their natural beauty into your home.
