Managing Partner The Suites Collection began in 1993 with the inception of Court House Executive Offices in Chicago’s River North and later expanded to include Theatre District Business Center and the historic Tree Studios. Lee Dickson, managing partner and founder of The Suites Collection, envisioned the creation of a independent, boutique Chicago executive suites operation. Ms. Dickson has been in real estate brokerage for thirty years and is an active woman business owner. She is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, City Club of Chicago, River North Association, Past President and Women in Retail Leasing. Suites Managers Each business center has a professional Office Manager on site Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm to oversee daily operations and ensure that your needs are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Leasing Director Our Leasing Director will work with your company to find the right fit for your new office answering questions about availability and pricing and is happy to conduct your tour at any or all of our business centers. Receptionists As the first representatives of your business, our Receptionists are professional, courteous and helpful to your visitors in person and on the telephone.
