Steve Kullback is an executive coach and global leadership development consultant with more than 15 years working with leaders who share common goals such as organizational excellence, leadership effectiveness and personal fulfillment. In addition to being a seasoned executive and entrepreneur and a management consultant, Steve is an experienced facilitator and trainer with expertise in human dynamics and business strategy. Steve specializes in working with high-performing teams and individuals who are managing business-critical strategic initiatives as well as leaders who are making transitions in their work and personal lives. In addition, Steve has skills that position him to help multinational organizations and professionals reach new levels of achievement, having managed a global executive leadership program and lived and worked in Asia, Europe and Australia. Clarice Scriber, draws on more than 25 years of experience in financial services and the media in her work with senior level executives. In addition to coaching executives to deliver excellent results, Clarice works with leaders to help them enhance their interpersonal and presentation skills. As such, she leverages a decade of work as a speechwriter, years as a professor of speech communication, and her considerable experience in media and public relations. Clarity’s clients include executives in the corporate, government and nonprofit arenas.

She holds a Masters of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Loyola College in Baltimore (1997), and a Masters of Arts degree in Communications from The Annenberg School of Communications, University of Pennsylvania (1976). She earned her undergraduate degree in French from (the former) Morgan State College in 1971. She is qualified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the FIRO-B, Baron EQ-i, (Emotional Intelligence), Benchmarks, 360 Custom By Design, and she has worked with the Leadership Profile Inventory.

She is also a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), the mark of excellence among management consulting professionals, awarded by the Institute of Management Consultants. Beth is trained in instructional design and technique, facilitation skills, human performance improvement, and Baldrige quality methodologies, and is a certified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory, as well as other assessment instruments. She has coached and consulted for senior executives and leaders in organizations, specializing in strategic planning and systems thinking, organizational assessment, and executive and leadership development. She has pioneered the introduction of leadership coaching programs into organizations. Beth brings to her executive coaching practice the perspective of a strong leader in customer-focused, results-driven, entrepreneurial organizations, with far-reaching vision and well-honed "emotional IQ" to inspire and motivate people. She is a strong advocate and practitioner of collaborative work, and her approach to coaching is to build a solid partnership in support of the client's learning and the organization's strategic objectives.
