Clarice Scriber, draws on more than 25 years of experience in financial services and the media in her work with senior level executives. In addition to coaching executives to deliver excellent results, Clarice works with leaders to help them enhance their interpersonal and presentation skills. As such, she leverages a decade of work as a speechwriter, years as a professor of speech communication, and her considerable experience in media and public relations. Clarity’s clients include executives in the corporate, government and nonprofit arenas.

She has coached and consulted for senior executives and leaders in organizations, specializing in strategic planning and systems thinking, organizational assessment, and executive and leadership development. She has pioneered the introduction of leadership coaching programs into organizations. Beth brings to her executive coaching practice the perspective of a strong leader in customer-focused, results-driven, entrepreneurial organizations, with far-reaching vision and well-honed "emotional IQ" to inspire and motivate people.
