Our certification programs require a performance component. A project demonstrating the skills and knowledge required for competency must be submitted, reviewed, and passed. We provide coaching and feedback at every step and never leave you hanging.

When recruiting SMEs to help in your training efforts, don't pick just anyone available. Select the ones who will have the biggest impact on the organization. Who are those SMEs who have great interpersonal skills? Who is on the track to be promoted to supervisor/manager? Who is interested in or has had experience in conducting training or delivering presentations? In other words, develop some selection criteria.
