However, our free shipping option is what’s known in the industry as “curbside delivery”. Meaning that we will bring the product to your front door, or garage; we cannot bring the product into your house, or up any stairs with this service. We realize this service won’t meet the needs of all of our customers, so we have several “add on” services that can enhance your delivery experience. These services are available on most of the fitness equipment we sell. We also have a hassle free return policy should your equipment not meet your needs.
