The Trim Gym has been serving Northeast Arkansas for over 20 years. It started as a ladies only facility in a small storefront building in 1979 and has been growing with the city of Jonesboro ever since. With over 60,000 square feet, the club offers something for everyone to help you achieve your fitness goals and to make fitness fun.
