The Human Resource Office is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service to all that call or enter through our doors. Human Resources offers a multitude of services to support departments with their Human Resources related requests. These services include: Benefits, Database Management, Employment, Employee Relations, Payroll Services, and Training and Development.

TU graduating Business students performed at the 95th percentile (out of 618 other schools) in the ETS Major Field Test. This program tests business students in all of the functional business areas. Less than one third of business schools in the United States are fully accredited by AACSB International – The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. TU is the only private institution in Oklahoma with that distinction.

TU's Indoor Air Quality Program, which investigates the health effects of indoor air pollution, has worked with school districts from 13 states and 25 counties for solutions to schools' air quality problems, including a district in Mississippi hit hard by Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Since 2003, more than 1.5 million students and school staff have been a part of TU’s research on indoor air quality.

The guide is compiled by veteran journalist Edward B. Fiske who served 17 years as education editor for the New York Times . The publication features a subjective and systematic look at more than 300 colleges and universities in the United States, Canada and Great Britain. For more than three decades, millions of students, parents and guidance counselors have relied on the Fiske Guide for the best and most interesting schools during their college search.
