The Westside Group, Inc. founded since 1994 is a property management and real estate company with group of 11 apartment communities throughout the central Austin area under its portfolio. Our apartments near downtown Austin are in the neighborhoods of Clarksville, West Downtown, UT Austin West and North Campus, and North Campus. These apartments are in the heart of the city making every place accessible. Our management focuses on providing superior customer service and a residents focus not often found elsewhere. Our rental rates are competitive and affordable.
